Our Story

Angelise Vision Realty Developments was born out of a lifetime of caring for people first, and properties second.

Michael spent years working in personal training, aged care and podiatry, sitting across from people at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. He learnt to listen properly, to explain clearly, and to notice the small details that make a big difference—values now woven into everything and to notice the small details that make a big difference to someone’s wellbeing. That same attention to detail and commitment to real human connection now underpins every site we assess, every feasibility we run and every development decision we make. For Michael, property is simply another way of changing lives for the better—by creating homes and investments that actually serve the people who live in them and the families who rely on them.

Lauren brings a complementary strength to the team through her background as a registered nurse in aged care and hospital settings. Years on the front line of healthcare have ingrained in her the importance of honest communication, follow-through and advocating for people who are putting their trust in you. Her calm, practical approach helps our clients feel supported and informed, especially when they are navigating complex decisions around joint ventures, finance, and long-term plans.

Together, we’ve taken the values we learnt in healthcare; trust, transparency, responsibility and genuine care, and built Angelise Vision Realty Developments around them. We see every project as a partnership: we want you to understand the “why” behind the numbers, to feel comfortable asking questions, and to know that your goals are at the centre of the decisions we make. Our role is to bridge the gap between everyday families and the world of property development, guiding you with the same care we would offer our own relatives.
